Texas Motion PIcture Alliance Awards with Director Paul Jensen

The Texas Motion Picture Alliance Awards were at Southfork Ranch, Saturday, October 13, 2018. Paul Jensen, Executive Director of TXMPA chatted with me about TXMPA. In only 15 years, they have become a major force in promoting the interests of the film industry. Texas has gained and maintained its film production spending rebates and other benefits which promote the industry in Texas. Commercials, film, television, and any other media production creates jobs and generates tax revenue. Restaurants, bars, Ubers, hotels, grocers, salons, clothing, department stores, medical/doctors, pharmacies, convenience stores, and more have increased sales when productions are in the neighborhood.
